We provide a full Property Maintenance Service for Refurbishments, Extentions and Newbuild. Our Property Division takes the concept through from Design to Completion. Under smallworks contract we ensure 1st class delivery.
Maintenance
We provide Skilled Tradesmen Carpenters, Decorators, Tilers, Plasterers, Plumbers, Electricians on a day or weekly agreement to undertake those jobs you do not have time to undertake due to busy work schedules etc. For example Putting Up Shelves, Assembling Furniture, Kitchen Fitting, Moving Radiators, Fitting New Taps, Bathroom Tiling, New Lighting, Electrical Testing, RCD's, Full Rewiring and much more. We know how tiresome it can be calling in different companies to tackle different jobs, so why not just use one trustworthy company to take care of all your property maintenece. A tradesman for a day or a week!
Surveys
Buying you first home, Newbuild or Secondhand, your not sure what is in store. We provide Full Survey, Inspection and Testing Service.
Full Inspections
Roof Inspections, Plumbing and Electrical checks, Damp Surveys, Roof Covering Assesments, Leakage Test for flat roofs and terraces, Drain Surveys and Testing.
